Like many, I've been searching for months for a good dealer, and especially a good advisor who, aside from wanting to sell cars, also cares about the needs of his customers. Today, July 18th, I approached this dealer with low expectations and left driving an excellent car, and above all, with excellent service. No one has paid me or given me an offer for this review. Bought a new 2024 Pathfinder Rock Creek. Was delivered to me, and my trade, 2023 Jeep Wranger S with 202 miles was picked up by the driver. I am golden. Thank you. Have now purchased a 2025 Pathfinder Platinum and also a 2025 Frontier SV King Cab. I am very pleased with both vehicles and recommend this dealer to friends and family.

Luis and Garrett were fantastic. Dealership is really nice, lounge areas are fantastic if you have kids or just want a drink and a comfortable setup to enjoy while you wait. Overall, great experience. Could have been a little faster if I had to give any critique, but every dealership seems to move slow so it’s not unexpected.
JR helped out so much, made the process very easy for my second time buying a vehicle from him and from Nissan of new braunfels and I love them both of the vehicles and had such an amazing experience

Had the pleasure of working with Julian on a deal for a CPO 2019 Frontier. Not only was the dealer cheaper than everywhere else I was looking for same make and mileage, but they were also very up front about dealer add ons and what everything was. We were unable to make a deal the first go around but was very happy with the deal we started. We both worked out an amazing deal that I was more than happy with and went back on 11/30 to finish the deal on my truck. I would highly recommend seeing Julian at this dealership. I went in knowing what I wanted and he took the effort to only show me just that! Not to mention he is going above and beyond what a typical sales guy has done for me in the past. If I ever need to make another purchase I’m hoping he is still there

I love this Nissan! They are so accommodating! I had made an early appointment to get my oil changed and didn’t wake up to my alarm. I reached out to apologize and they still told me to come in whenever to get it changed. Their customer service is ON POINT! I live in San Marcos and make it a POINT to drive to New Braunfels because I love their service so much.
Very friendly and great customer service. Took a little long to get things worked out, but the staff was nice and accommodating to us while we waited. Overall, we were very happy we decided to check them out and purchase our vehicles.
Aaron and Demi in the service dept are the absolute best. Aaron drove my truck with me today to help address one of my concerns. Fixing things the right way, in a timely fashion, and keeping me in the loop the whole time. I love this dealership and the service dept backs you up after the purchase. If you're going to buy a new car...buy a Nissan, and if you're going to buy a Nissan...buy from Nissan of New Braunfels. :)
I just traded in my 2016 BMW 320i for a 2020 Sentra SR. I haven't made such a good decision in quite some time! This car is stunning, the interior is phenomenal and the price was surprisingly good. I cannot possibly express how much nicer this is than the BMW, especially considering the cost difference. The speed is amazing, the tan leather is a slick design and the speakers rock. I honestly cannot believe how much better I rate this car than the BMW. What made my day wasn't just buying a new car. My sales rep, Ben, was polite, funny and spot on. Honestly, it was like he knew where my mind was going before I even said it aloud. He was training a new rep and treated her professionally. As a long time sales manager I saw him performing a way I would have begged my staff to learn from. Management, you are lucky to have him and I will send as many folks your way as possible. Thank you!
Ericka, Garrett and the rest of the staff were exceptional and exemplary. There was not one part of the purchasing experience that was not handled with integrity and pleasantness. Ericka made sure to get all the details of what I wanted in my truck and found exactly what I was looking for. Took her time explaining things and I never felt rushed or pushed . When it came to financing, that department went far and beyond to get me my new truck, even with my stringent stipulations. And Garrett made finishing the process , even with all it's myriad forms and signatures pleasant and relaxing. This dealership operated as a team to take care of me and I will be back. It was clean and well organized, every member of the staff was practicing social distancing and mask wearing, which added to my sense of well being. If you need a new or used vehicle I highly recommend them. I drove in from south of town and never regretted it. I went to this beautiful dealership to have my oil changed and by 4 tires. They told me it would take less than an hour and I was shocked that my car was finished I just sat down to enjoy a snack and Demi came and got me and said your car is washed and ready to go. This was an amazing experience. I took the time to look at some new vehicles and sent Tucker showed me around. she was outstanding and knew so much about all the new products and think neurology. After my lease is up I plan to come back and visit with Sandra to buy my first Nissan ever.

Bryan Woodrom and the entire team at Nissan of New Braunfels FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. From the initial phone call with Bryan I could tell customer service was top notch and he never let us down. They were entirely HONEST and up front about everything. He helped me stick within my budget and was extremely kind, respectful and not pushy. I had gone to Nissan of San Marcos first and spent a total of 5 hours over two days with them and I was lied to, my time was not valued, and I was not listened to. Terrible experience at San Marcos Nissan. But Bryan and Theresa Vincent at NBN worked hard to get me what I wanted WITHIN my budget and never made me feel inferior for not wanting to spend more.
